GLPPal is a wellness and tracking application designed to help users monitor GLP-1 medication usage, appetite changes, weight trends and related wellness information.

The Service is provided for personal tracking and informational purposes. Features may change over time as we continue to develop and improve GLPPal.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GLPPal. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

GLPPal may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid features, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you complete a purchase.

Subscriptions, where offered, may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for any applicable fees, taxes and charges associated with your subscription.

We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription features with reasonable notice. Refund policies, if any, will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in applicable app store terms.

The Service and its original content, features, design and functionality are owned by GLPPal and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to GLPPal. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use, store and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

GLPPal is not a medical device. GLPPal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided through GLPPal is for general wellness and tracking purposes only. You should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical decisions, including medication use, dosing, side effects and health concerns.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information provided through the Service. Your use of GLPPal is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLPPal and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Your continued use of GLPPal after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
