Mounjaro Titration Schedule (2026) — Free Dose Calendar Generator
Mounjaro titration schedule, Zepbound dose steps and Wegovy escalation — build a free dated calendar from your start date.

Mounjaro titration schedule searches spike every January and after every GP visit — because pen strengths change and it's easy to lose track of when the next step happens.
Standard Mounjaro & Zepbound dose ladder
Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) typically follows this pattern on the standard schedule, as described in the official prescribing information:
| Phase | Dose | Duration | | --- | --- | --- | | Initiation | 2.5 mg | 4 weeks | | Step 2 | 5 mg | 4 weeks | | Step 3 | 7.5 mg | 4 weeks | | Step 4 | 10 mg | 4 weeks | | Step 5 | 12.5 mg | 4 weeks | | Maximum | 15 mg | maintenance |
Your clinician may stop at 10 mg or 12.5 mg if that dose works for you — the full ladder is not mandatory for everyone.
Wegovy & Ozempic (semaglutide) schedules differ
Wegovy steps from 0.25 mg → 0.5 → 1.0 → 1.7 → 2.4 mg weekly, per the Wegovy prescribing information. Ozempic follows a shorter ladder to 2 mg. Do not assume your friend's Mounjaro dates apply to your Wegovy plan — semaglutide brands have different licensed uses.
