Why plan your titration / dose schedule?
GLP-1 medications increase gradually — not all at once. Mounjaro and Zepbound (tirzepatide) typically step up every four weeks from 2.5 mg toward 15 mg. Wegovy (semaglutide) follows its own labelled ladder to 2.4 mg. A dose schedule tracker helps you prepare for side effects, order pens on time, and log each step accurately.

On the standard schedule, Mounjaro increases by 2.5 mg every four weeks, from 2.5 mg through to a maximum of 15 mg. That full ladder takes about 24 weeks. Your clinician may stop earlier at a dose that works for you.
