GLP-1 medications increase gradually — not all at once. Mounjaro and Zepbound (tirzepatide) typically step up every four weeks from 2.5 mg toward 15 mg. Wegovy (semaglutide) follows its own labelled ladder to 2.4 mg. A dose schedule tracker helps you prepare for side effects, order pens on time, and log each step accurately.
Select your medication (Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic or Saxenda).
Enter your first injection date.
Choose standard (4-week steps) or slower (6-week steps) pacing.
Review your dated schedule — then track each injection in GLPPal.
On the standard schedule, Mounjaro increases by 2.5 mg every four weeks, from 2.5 mg through to a maximum of 15 mg. That full ladder takes about 24 weeks. Your clinician may stop earlier at a dose that works for you.
